Any decision and/or proposal letter issued by the NRC citing a violation of Rule 735.49(a).

The only existing record of previous proposal and decision under 10 C.F.R. 0.735.49a in Region IV is that concerning an action which took-' place in 1984.' The proposal letter.and decision,-

-which have:been sanitized, are enclosed. --There.

is"one other action under 0.735.49a.in Region IV o

which-took place in 1981c and for which a-record no longer exists.. It involved ~an inspector who accepted a gratuity (Mardi Gras tickets) for a licensee.

In that case a proposed removal ~was reduced to a 30-day suspension.
