SYNOPSIS (NRC)RegionIV(RIV),requestedthattheOfficeofInvestigationsthe Regional Admin
.On October 14, 1987, Comission initiate an investigation at Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) to detemine if there was falsificaticn of welding records pertaining to welding filler material usage. The Regional Administrator requested that OI also investigate allegations that a contract employee was subjected to intimidation and harassment and whether certain other contract employees were allowed to cheat on welding performance tests.
This investigation disclosed that there was no falsifications of welding records pertaining to unauthorized material usage, no harassment and intimidation-and that named individuals were not allowed to cheat on welding performance tests.
