As a result of the inspection conducted on June 18 to 22, 1990, and in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy (10 CFR 2, Appendix C), the following violation was identified.
Technical Specification 6.5.B states that " Radiation control standards and procedures shall be )repared, approved and maintained and made available to all station personnel.11ese procedures shall show permissible radiation exposure, and shall be consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 20. This radiation gection program shall be organiz d to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Par in Section E.OP 0545,"" Fuel Pool Storage Requirements",

Radiation protection procedure

Survey tags on these items indicated exposure rates of up to 20,000 R/hr.
