Callaway Plant.
t Revision 13 includes several clarifications to Emergency Action Levels l
which had previously been discussed with my staff.
Several, changes to position titles and responsibilities in the normal' p' ant organization were also noted in this plan revision. The University of Missouri Hospital.and Clinic was added as a backup hospital to the Calloway. Community Hospital for i
the-reception and treatment of contaminated. injured persons.
Revision 13 also included clarifications regarding:
activation of the Emergency Public
. Information Organization; arrangement of the. Service Building's portion of 1 ie Operational Support Center; and the means of informing onsite personnel of a1y emergency declaration.
Sample Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) messages were i
deleted from Revision 13, as these messages would be chosen by offsite l
