Dear Mr. Johnson:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 2,1990 which transmitted changes identified as Revision 26 to the " Palisades Physical Security Plan" under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The revision did not contain sufficient information to allow an adequate analysis to be_ conducted.
You are requested to advise us in writing, within 30 days after receipt of this letter, of the estimated start and completion dates for each modification project identified in the revision,. are 3 detailed description of what compensato'ry measure:, if any, will be required
-for each modification project. Additionally, _ drawings: showing locations where alarm zones will be inactivated or fence removed'should be provided rather than referring to the zone (s) by number.
The security' modifications should be described in sufficient detail to describe' the' scope of the security degradation (e.g. 200 feet of fenci.ng removed, 600 feet of perimeter without alarm protection).
The enclosures to your-letter.contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21_ and are being withheld from public disclosure.
A The response requested by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget.as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
