meeting as a status report on -the overall emergency preparedness upgrade program. Licensee representatives emphasized.during-this meeting the: progress

• of their actions by noting that-1631tems of a previously-designated list of-181 items had been. completed.- These actions continue to address 19: functional areas for improvement identified during-earlier discussions. _ ~ Discussion also--  ;'
