1 ENCLOSURE I . Meeting Summary On-June 25, 1990, representatives.of Virg1nia Electric and Power Company met with NRC personnel in Atlanta, Georgia. Licensee representatives described the meeting as a status report on -the overall emergency preparedness upgrade program. Licensee representatives emphasized.during-this meeting the: progress of their actions by noting that-1631tems of a previously-designated list of-181 items had been. completed.- These actions continue to address 19: functional areas for improvement identified during-earlier discussions. _ ~ Discussion also-- addressed actions completed which have improved. augmentation response times; Other issues of mutual interest were discussed in the ; area of emergency t preparedness including a recent study on offsite evacuation' timeliness. - Discussions ~also addressed:the upcoming e"trgency exercise at North Anna-Power -Station the week =of. August 8, 1990.' No '.ensee commitments were requested or 4 made during the meeting. 4
