• In a telephone conversation with Ms. Nina Pugh on June 18. 1990 you narrowed the scope of your F01A reouest to all inspection reports. SALP reports and notices of violations for the Pilgrim Huclear Power Plant for the years 1976 to 1984. During your conversation. lis. Pugh offered to provide you with printouts listing all publicly available records for these years. Copies of these printouts are enclosed. As explained to you by Ms. Pugh. these printouts list only those records maintained at the NPC's Public Document Room (PDR). which is located at 2120 L Street. NW. Washington. DC.

In regard to your inquiry about the microfiche numbers listed on these printouts, please note that these microfiche numbers do not correspond to any records maintained at the Local Public Document Room (LPDR) maintained in the Plymouth Public Library. For your information. NUDOCs microfiche is now being sent to all power reactor LPDRs. including Plymouth. The majority of these collections will begin with microfiche containing records entered into the NUDOCS data base as of July 1. 1990. Finally, it was agreed that you will review the enclosed pAtouts and either visit or contact the PDR directly to obtain copies of any records you may find of interest. A notice on procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR is enclosed. This completes NRC's action on your FOIA request.
