s This confirms the telephone conversation on July 19, 1990, between you and Dick Lavins.
In that telephone ccnversation you were informed of the existence of three reports which concern the evaluation of docket files for various material licenses.
Consequently, you expanded your request to include the three enclosed reports which are identified on the enclosed Appendix A.
You were also informed that the staff effort to process the files pertaining to your request would be extensive. Therefore, the NRC will periodically respond in part to your request indicating in each partial response the reproduction cost associated with processing.
