Virgil C. Summer Station Docket No. 50/395 Operating License No. NPF-12 Technical Specification Change Request for Deletion of PSRC Member Titles Gentlemen:
South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G) hereby requests a revision to the Technical Specifications for the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station
-(VCSNS). TheproposedchangedeletusPlantSafetyReviewCommittee(PSRC) chairman and member titles from Tecanical Specification 6.5, " Administrative Controls / Review and Audit." so that changes to staff management titles at VCSNS will not result in a revision to the Technical Specifications. By making the Technical Specification generic, the chairman and members appointed to the PSRC by the General Manager, Nuclear Plant Operations are not required to have the exact' title as listed in Technical Specification 6.5.1.
The change request is contained in the following attachments:
