The Commission has previously issued a Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on Septes6er 23,1988 (53FR37072). By letter dated June 27, 1990, the licensee withdrew the pro-s posed change because the containment isolation valves listing of Table 3.6.4-1 will be relocated from the TS as part of the technical specifications -
improvement program. -
