Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. S 552) and the NRC's regulations, I hereby request any and all documents related to a February 13, 1990 meeting i
between NRC personnel (James Taylor, Executive Director for Operations, Harold Denton, Director of Governmental and Public Affairs and A. Bert Davis, Region III Administrator) and Terry Lash, Director of the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety.
The-meeting was held at NRC headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, and is discussed in Enclosure E to the " Weekly Information Report -
