Reference 1 provided your office with a report of corrective / preventive actions for the subject violation (Failure to assure containment pene-trations No. 23, 24 & 44 are tested in accordance with code requirements).
Upon review of the report, it was determined that additional information was required by your office to complete the NRC evaluation of the cor-i rective actions. As a result, Reference 2 outlined NRC questions that had arisen and directed the Supply System to provide answers within 30 l
days of.the date of the letter.
The Supply System has received the AE's response to the additional NRC l
questions; however, prior to forwarding it to your office, it has been determined that further' analysis and clarification is required. There-fore, the requested'information will be provided by April 16, 1982.
