" Consultant Services of S. C. Hawley, R. L. Kathren, and M. A. Robkin to Provide Hearing Support for the UCLA Non-Power Reactor Operating License Renewal Application" (FIN 82505)

The enclosed NRC Form 173, Standard Order for DOE Work, is hereby submitted in accordance with Section III.B.2 of the DOE /NRC Memorandum of Understanding, dated February 24, 1978.

Funding authorization in the amount of $10,000 to begin the subject project was provided with my letter dated March 10, 1982, which also requested your proposal for completing the work. We are in receipt of your response dated April 21,1982; however, changes in the project hearing schedule make it necessary for us to revise the statement of work and period of performance. -

The changes have been marked on the Statement of Work we received with your proposal. The revisions have been discussed and coordinated with S. Hawley, PNL. Please have PNL submit a revised proposal containing, as a minimum, the information set forth in Enclosure 2, Proposal Content, in the format of the marked-up Statement of Work enclosed within 30 days to:
