Request For Information on Reloads 6 and 7 Re: Cooper Nuclear Station l
As you are aware, during our revin of your April 30, 1982 submittal requesting changes to the Technical Specifications we raised some avestions pertaining to f.5e ODYN code calculational methods which you agreed to answer.
In particular, we wanted to know why the operating limit minimum critical power ratio (OLMCPR) for the load rejection without bypass decreased from 1.34 for reload 6 to a corrected value of 1.28 for reload 7.
To determine the reason for this change we are requesting that you provide a tabulation of input parameters and ODYH calculation results for reloads 6 and 7.
Please provide this information within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
