A point of clarification regarding our regonse to interrogatory 30: Our response states that the issues raised in contention 5: (pertaining to task B-

52) are not unresolved safety issues. We note that task B-52, while not itself an unresolved safety issue, has been incogorated in task A-2, which is indicated as having technical resolution c:mplete in NUREG 0606('iol. 4, No 1, p.6), and is further discussed in our respsuse to interrogatory No. 8.
