Dear Mr. Belk:
We have received your " Notice of Change of Address" of June 21, 1982, requesting service of documents.
I would like to draw your attention to the Licensing Board Memorandum and Order of March 5,1982, a copy of which has been enclosed, which treats your petition as having been withdrawn or, alternatively, as denied for want of prosecution. The Order also notes that an affidavit from an officer of your organization has stated that Charlotte-Mecklenburg Environmental Coalition would represent the interests of the organization in this proceeding.
As a result, the Staff has deleted your organization from its service list.
