This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. L. Skolds of
this of fice on Aby 1-31, 1982, o f act i v i t i es au tho r i z ed by iTC Cons t ruc t i on
Permi t No. CPfR-94 for the V. C. Sumer facili ty and to the discussion of our
findings held with Mr. O. S. Bradham, Station Manager, at the conclusion of the
inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
