taken to correct the violations concerning activities under NRC Operating
License Nos. NPR-4 and NPR-7 brought to your attention in our letter of
May 14, 1982. With respect to example 3 of violation D we have again reviewed
our position in light of your response. We find that you have presented no
infonnation in your response to change our finding. We will examine your
corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
