APR 9 1982 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Florida Power and Light Company Docket No. 50-389 St. Lucie Unit 2 License No. CPPR-144 Based on the results of the inspection conducted on March 17-19, 1982, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:

FSAR Appendix 9.5.A Section 7.E.2(a) states that the guidelines of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 24, Outside Protection, will be used in the design and installation of the fire protection yard main loop.

Contrary to the above, NFPA-24 was not used in the design and installation of the fire protection yard piping system.
