Carolina Power and Light Company Docket No. 50-400 Shearon Harris 1 License No..CPPR-158 As a result of the inspection conducted on May 10-13, 1982, and in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy, 47 FR 9987 (March 9, 1982), the following violation was identified.
10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, as implemented by Carolina Power and Light PSAR Section 1.'8.5.5, requires in part that activities affecting l
quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures or drawings and shall be accomplished in accordance with these instructions, procedures or drawings.
Shearon Harris specification ' CAR-SH-CH-6 " Con-crete", requires that field cured test cylinders be controlled in accordance j

with ASTM C-31.
ASTM C-31 specifies that field med test cylinders are to be stored under conditions that maintain the Iture in a range of 60-80 degress Fahrenheit for the first 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br />
