Request for Exemption of Marble Hill from Rule to Require Applicants to Evaluate Differences from the Standard Review Plan You requested in your April 7,1982 letter to H. R. Denton that the Marble Hill application be exempted from the Rule to Require Applicants to Evaluate Differences from the Standard Review Plan. Effective May 17, 1982, this rule has been added to 10 CFR 50.34, " Contents of applications; technical information", under a new paragraph, (g) "Conformance with the Standard Review Plan (SRP)".
As discussed during our meeting on June 3, we will require Public Service of Indiana to comply with this rule.
Inasmuch as you plan to tender the Marble Hill application in December of this year, additional time will be allowed, if needed, for you to comply with 10 CFR 50.34(g).
You should inform us of your schedule for submittal of the additional information. We anticipate that PSI will be able to provide the required information within approximately three months following the time of tendering your application.
