Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In the attachment to Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-10 under DISCUSSION it was stated that "the required core mapping procedure was continued until January 25, when the data "B" channel was regained after a length of rod position detector cable was replaced." The January 25 date given was in error; the sen-tence should have read that the core mapping procedure was continued until February 5.
The originally submitted LER form does not contain this error and thus is still applicable. We regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
This letter fulfills a commitment to revise the LER by June 30, 1982 made to Mr. P. T. Burnett (NRC/0IE) in his exit interview for IE Inspection Report 50-369/
82-16 and 50-370/82-11.
