In my April 2, 1982 letter which transmitted Significant Deficiency Report SD 413/82-07, it was indicated that a final response would be sent by July 1, 1982. The analysis of the investigations has not been completed at this time.
The analysis will be complete and a final response will be sent by August 6, 1982.
