1 Gentlemen:
This letiter. refers to the routine safeguards inspection of your activities authorized under NRC License No. SNM-696 conducted by Fessrs. A. Hieder and G. Helsoa of this office on May 24-28, 1982.
It also refers to the discussion inspection findings held by the inspectors with you and members of taff on flay 28, 1982.
The inspection included examination of activities 'related to your program for the control and accounting of special nuclear raterial in accordance with applicable requiremnts. of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70. " Domestic Licensing of Special Michar flaterial", and pertinent

license conditions as described in the ei. closed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of crocedures and records, interviews'with facility pers9anel and observations by the inspectors.
s Within the. scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of tha NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, do%nAntati n of the 9
