In the referenced letter, we stated that a follow-up letter and a completed LER would be provided by June 15, 1982. This follow-up letter was to address the conclusions of our review and an independent review of this event.
It has been determined that additional evaluation and careful formulation of our corrective actions will require more time than originally anticipated.
Accordingly, the follow-up report, identified in the referenced letter will be provided by June 25, 1982, instead of June 15, 1982.
