On June 10, 1982, we transmitted the referenced letter to confirm our Prompt Notification to your of fice by telephone on June 9, 1982 of a reportable occurrence involving a missed serveillance requirement on the San Onofre Unit 2 Personnel Hatch. That letter contained a typograph-ical error in the second paragraph, 8th Iine.

The time at which the surveillance was due should have been 1100 hours0.0127 days <br />0.306 hours <br />0.00182 weeks <br />4.1855e-4 months <br /> instead of 1300 hours0.015 days <br />0.361 hours <br />0.00215 weeks <br />4.9465e-4 months <br />.
