Dear Mr. Denton:

Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 35 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in the above captioned matter.

This Amendment: (a) makes various changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report including, inter alia, responses to requests from the NRC Staff dated April 14, 1982, as well as miscellaneous changes and corrections; (b) makes changes to the Emergency Plan resulting from our response to Supplemental Question (3) transmitted with Mr.

D. G. Eisenhut's letter of July 6, 1981; and (c) provides Volume 3 of the Limerick Design

'l Assessment Report which completes the Applicants' response to letters from the Staff dated April 17, 1975 and April 24, 1975 relating to suppression pool and safety relief valve hydrodynamic loads.

l This filing consists of three originals and 19 copies of Amendment No. 35 to the License Application, 60 copies j

of Revision 7 of the Final Safety Analysis Report, 60 copies l
