Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A),

and Interim Reports were transmitted by References (B), (C), (D), and (E).

j At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by June 30, 1982.

Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now 1

expected that this information will be finalized by August 12, 1982, when a complete report will be submitted.

There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
