'Ihis letter confirms verbal notification on June 21, 1982 of a condition discovered in construction which is considered reportable in accordance with 10CF R50.5 5 (e).
This condition involves a design error in the wiring between the control rod drive cabinets and the cord protection c alcula t.or.
'Ihe design was performed by Combustion Engineering o f Windso r, Connec ticu t.
We are performing an evaluation of this condition and will submit an appropriate report in accordance with 10C FR5 0. 5 5(e ) (3).
