THE APPLICANT'S RESPONSE TO INTERVENOR MARSHALL'S REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME Applicant has received a letter dated June 21, 1982 from Wendell H. Marshall which requests an unspecified time extension to respond to Applicant's interrogatories.
We have no objection to an extension of 3 weeks.
