Letter from D. M. Crutchfield to ALL SEP LICENSEES EXCEPT SAN ONOFRE, dated June 17, 1981 The staff has completed the evaluation of the possible need to modify the seismic input ground, motion of Big Rock Point plant because of shallow soil conditions at this site and concluded that the original issued ground response spectra (Reference) are still appropriate.
