t' On June 9, 1982 your staff was notified that two bolts on the upper seismic support for the residual heat removal heat exchangers had not been installed.
Pursuant to T.S.3.5.2 which is reportable per T.S.6.9.1.12(1), Reportable Occi.crence Report R0-369/82-39 was to have been submitted by June 23, 1982.
At this time, all of the required information is not yet available. The complete report will be submitted by June 30, 1982.
This event was the subject of a technical specification change submitted by Mr. A. C. Thies' (DPC) letter of June 9, 1982.
