This is to confirm the telephone conversation between Mr. J. W. Cook and myself scheduling, at your request, a meeting between the Consumers Power Company and the NRC for June 21, 1982, at 1:00 PM (EDT). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Consumers Power Company response to Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) for the Midland Plant held April 26, 1982. The basis of the meeting will be the preliminary SALP report sent to you April 20, 1982, and your written responses to the SALP report dated May 17 and 21,1982. The meeting will be held in Jackson, Michigan, at the Sheraton Inn, One Jackson Square in the International Room. The meeting will be open to members of the public for observation only.
