Dear Mr. Withers:
This is in response to your letter of April 30, 1982 regarding changes to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan.
We agree that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) with the reservation that the appropriateness of the actual location of camera 25 will be confinned during the next regularly scheduled Region V inspection.
