Dear Mr. Hirsch:
Enclosed is a copy of the most recent I&E inspection report concerning the UCLA research reactor which I have just received.
Additionally, I have today received two letters from you inquiring about a discovery matter and about Staff regulatory guides.
As to the list of texts provided by fir. Cort in amplification of interrogatory 17, you will perhaps recall that you only asked for texts used by Mr. Cort for fission product inventory and that I offered to provide you the list by telephone but you declined and requested a written list. This was the only list of nuclear texts you requested.
I will attempt to locate the various Staff documents concerning emergency plans for research reactors you listed in one of your June 14, 1982 letters and bring these to the June 29 prehearing conference.
