SUMMARY

Month: May, 1982 McGuire 1 began the month of May at 50% reactor power awaiting further analysis of the steam generator condition. On May 21, the power was increased to 75% for a thirty (30) day test run of the steam generators at this level. After comple-tion of the run, the steam generators will be inspected. No major operating problems were experienced during May.

McGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION Operating Status Report

1. Personnel Exposure For the month of April, no individual (s) exceeded 10 percent of their allowable annual radiation dose limit.
2. The total station liquid release contribution to whole body dose for April has been compared with the Technical Specifications annual value of 3 mrem; the total release for April was less-than 10 percent of this limit.

The total station gaseous release contribution to any organ dose for April has been compared with the derived Technical Specifications annual value of 15 mrem; the total release for April was less than 10 percent of this limit. ,
