filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation This application proposed Technical Specification changes on surveillance requirements for operability for Arkansas Nuclear One Units 1 and 2.
A Class II fee ($1,200) and a Class I fee ($400) were remitted with your application pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of 'their Class III fee ($4,000)your application, it has been determined that ais appropriate in preliminary review of Unit 1 since the review will involve consideration of a single safety issue. The Class I fee for Unit 2 is appropriate. Therefore, you are requested to remit an additional sum of $2.800 to our office.
