Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A).

An Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B), and time ex-tensions were requested by References (C) and (D). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by June 4, 1982.

There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
