On June 14, 1982, con Edison submitted the " Motion of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. for an Order Striking the Testimony of Intervenor Witnesses Palnik and Beyea."
Due to a clerical error, the last half of page 2 of that motion was replicated on page 3.
