SEP TOPIC XIII-2. SAFEGUARDS / INDUSTRIAL SECURITY HADCAM NECK PLANT By letters dated February 28, 1979 and January 29, 1982, the Consiission issued Amendments 30 and 46 respectively to the Operating License No.
These amendments incorporated the Security Plan and Guard Training and Qualification Plan into License No. DPR-61 for the Haddam Neck plant.
These admendments satisfy the aspects of SEP Topic XIII-2 with regard to station security. The Safeguards Contingency Plan is currently being reviewed outside of the SEP and completion is expected in several months.
We have also detemined that the aspects of Topic XIII-2 regarding fuel accountability are adequately covered by the plant technical specifica-tions which require that records and/or logs be maintained relative to radioactive shipments, by-product material inventory and new and spent fuel inventory and assembly histories.
Based on the above considerations we have determined that SEP Topic XIII-2 is complete for the Haddam Neck plant.
