APPLICATION FOP. AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regu-lations, Duquesne Light Company, holder of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that license by amended to revise Specifications related to movable control assemblies as follows:
3/4.1.3.2 3/4.1.3.3 The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A to this Application.
A safety evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
The proposed change does not involve a significant change in the types or a significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility.
The change involves a single safety issue, the movable control assemblies and their related instrumenta-tion, and is in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to Provisional Operating License DPR-66 be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
