Dear Mr. Backus:
I In response to your request, we are forwarding two copies aof the DES to Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, 5. Market Street, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03101.
I have requested that these be sent via first-class mail today so that SAPL can provide its comments by July 6, 1982. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend SAPL's comment period another month until August 6, 1982, as our records' indicate that SAPL was provided a copy of the DES for comment'at the time if its issuance in May.
