REVISE SECTION 4.3 TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

4.3 Classify the Emergency Condition, using Exhibit A, according to the highest classification (Unusual Event, Alert, Site Emergency or General Emergency) the condition exceeds.

4.3.1 In the event of an Alert:

4.3.1.1 Activation (via Step 4.4 below) of the Technical Support Center and Operations Staging Area is required.

4.3.2 In the event of a Site Emergency:

4. 3. 2.1 Sound the Nuclear Emergency Alarm (NEA) 4.3.2.2 Follow the NEA with a P.A. announcement indicating whether or not personnel are to evacuate.

4.3 Classify the Emergency Condition, using Exhibit A, according to the highest classification (Unusual Event, Alert, Site Emergency or General Emergency) the condition exceeds.

4.3.1 In the event of an Alert:

4.3.1.1 Activation (via Step 4.4 below) of the Technical Support Center and Operations Staging Area is required.

4.3.2 In the event of a Site Emergency:

4. 3. 2.1 Sound the Nuclear Emergency Alarm (NEA) 4.3.2.2 Follow the NEA with a P.A. announcement indicating whether or not personnel are to evacuate.
