Transmitted herewith are 50 copies of Revision 4 to the Probabilistic Risk Assessment for Limerick Generating Station.
This revision consists of responses to the NRC requests for additional information transmitted with Mr.
A. Schwencer's letter dated March 18, 1982 and page changes to be consistent with these responses, or to correct typo-graphical errors.
The response to Question 3.01 refers to a document entitled, "Quantification of Limerick PRA Event Tree Func-tions" which will be transmitted by June 16, 1982.
Pursuant to previous requests, we will send sets of the revised pages to Sandia National Laboratory, Erockhaven National Laboratory, the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Limerick Township, Region III of the Uniced States Environ-mental Protection Agency, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission resident inspector at Limerick.
