This confirms our plans as discussed on June 7,1982, between Mr. C. W. Schroeder of your staff and Mr. R. D. Walker of this office, to meet with you and members of your staff at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) on June 11, 1982, at the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission Region III of fice in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The purpose of this meeting is as stated below:

Discussion of NRC Region III concerns with respect to certain licensee Event Reports (LER's) submitted by your LaSalle County Nuclear Stat. ion.
2.
An Enforcement Conference relative to a recent security program item of noncompliance at your LaSalle County Nuclear Station.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
