In response to your August 18, 1981 letter which transmitted IE Bulletin 81-02, Supplement 1, a meeting between Duke Power Company, Westinghouse, and Rotork (the valve manufacturer) to determine the required modifications is scheduled for the first week in April. A report discussing the corrective actions that will be taken will be sent to you by April 23, 1982.
