4 ro Your letters of June 18 and December 22, 1981 responded to our request for additional information on the control of heavy loads at the Peach Bottom Station Unitt 2 and 3, dated December 22, 1980 Enclosed is a draft Technical Evaluation Report (TER) prepared for us by the Franklin Research Center under a technical assistance contract to the NRC. In order to complete our review we request that in four weeks from date of receipt of this letter that you arrange a conference call through your flRC Project flanager, to resolve open items listed th the draft TER. A representative of the FRC will participate in the conference call. He intend to issue a Safety Evaluation on control of heavy loads which will be based on a final TER to be issued by FRC after this conference call.
