for a visit by the HRC staff and its consultants to your control r The objective of this visit is to prepare a preliminary evaluation of the control room with regard to the following:

The adequacy of information presented to the operator to reflect 1.

A minimum of two weeks prior to our visit, we request that you send us the following:

A list of abbreviations used on Panels / Systems / Subsystems; 2.

A description of the control room color code standard; and 3.

The name(s) and phone number (s) of the contact (s) at the control room.

We expect to be at the Waterford security gate at about 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 10, 1982.
