50-260 50-296 T. A. Ippolito's letter dated September 9, 1981 and R. J. Clark's letter dated March 29, 1982 to H. G. Parris transmitted Amendment Nos. 75, 72, and 52 to Facility Licenses DPR-33, -52, and -68.
These amendments changed the technical specifications of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant to reflect a modified electrical distribution system. The Safety Evaluation Report attached to these amendments committed TVA to test and verify the results of analyses performed demonstrating the adequacy of the electrical distribution system voltages.
This letter is to confirm discussions with the NRC staff on January 4 and April 13, 1982 in which it was agreed that TVA need only test the " worst case" condition, i.e.,
that supply and path which demonstrated the lowest voltages in the analyses. TVA currently plans to perform this testing during the upcoming unit 2 cycle 4 outage.
