Dear Mr. Stoiber:

%t This is in reference to our February 12, 1982 letter concerning license applications XMAT0217 and XMAT0035.

Enclosed is an additional case for your review, involving the export of a small amount of D20 to Israel for research and development purposes which raises the same issues addressed in our February 12 letter.

We would appreciate your response to the issues raised in the earlier letter, as they relate to this new minor case and also to the previous cases we forwarded for your review.

Sincerely, 1
